Developments buys prime roadside site in Fleet

McPhails’ Lamron Developments Ltd is planning further development activity
following the purchase of a 0.75 acre site road side at the front of Waterfront
Business Park in Fleet Hants.
The site, which is next to the town’s main line
station, was acquired by Lamron from Helical Bar Plc. This was the last
remaining part of Helicals ownership at Waterfront.The site, known as 7-11
Fleet Road, comprises an existing car showroom adjoining a two storey
office/business unit. Lamron are looking at various employment generating uses
for the land to include a Hotel or roadside/trade related developments, as well
as proposals for maintaining the existing buildings.Hurst Warne & Partners
advised Helical Bar on the freehold sale.
Hurst Warne has been retained by Lamron Developments to
market any proposed development or existing use of the properties.
